2014: Eclectic Design

2014's Hottest Trend: Eclectic Design! You may have noticed that everywhere you look on Pinterest is full of pictures with eclectic design. From multiple empty picture frames on a wall, to miss-matched mirrors, to random deer heads, this style is everywhere.

I the above picture we took 4 very different mirrors all with a similar champagne gold finish and used them as our center piece in this room instead of the typical piece of art.

Gold is back:

In this same living room we took two gold end tables and paired them with the gold end table from the first picture to bring the eclectic look throughout the room. Even though each table is different, and the lamps we used on each table are different, the gold color of the tables and lamps helps to keep the room cohesive.

In our men's lounge we kept the gold and eclectic theme going with a traditional deer head paired with a gold frame. Even though the two rooms are very different, the cohesive design style helps keep the homes overall feel consistent.
